WELCOME TO IMPERIUM EDUMAAX SDN BHD 

Imperium Edumaax Centre for Professional Development and Training or better known as CPDT was developed to ensure that employees within the Malaysian workforce are given the opportunity to keep learning new skills and acquire new knowledge to live and work more productively and effectively.

Furthermore, trainings have been said to increase job satisfaction and increase morale among employees resulting in an increase in employee motivation, efficacies in processes that delivers substantial financial gain and increased capacity to adopt new technologies and methods.

OUR STRENGTH 

 Our Courses are curated to your specification to meet the needs of your organization. We go through a process which we call ACTS:

  • AREA – Meeting your need is our number one priority. Our consultants (Learning Experts) are available to listen, suggest and personalize the courses just for your organisation
  • COMPONENTS – We break-down the area to establish the learning outcomes based on research and industry experience
  • TEACH – We employ a variety of teaching techniques, tailored for each course to maximise the learning experience. This includes group discussions, participant presentations, debates, quizzes, videos, journaling, surveys, role playing and of course, some chalk & talk
  • STUDENTS - We further customize the course for students according to organizational structure. For example, a course tailored for managers, or the same course customized for executive

 

CONTINUOUS QUALITY IMPROVEMENT (CQI) 

 We are proud of our 4-fold Continuous Quality Improvement methodology which we refer to as TECH:

  • TRAINER FEEDBACK – We review the course with the trainer, sometimes even mid-way through the course (i.e. during the lunch break). We do this so that we can streamline the content, interaction and processes to meet the needs of the unique mix of participants attending a particular course
  • EVALUATION FEEDBACK – We conduct an online evaluation at the end of each course for the participants. The results are analysed in real-time and shared with our client and stakeholders
  • CLIENT FEEDBACK – We meet with the customer to obtain feedback and finetune the course to further meet the evolving requirements of the client 
  • HQ Feedback - This consists of the team at Imperium Edumaxx where we evaluate all other indicators such as course logistics, HRD Corp processes, invoicing, certificates and other processes related to the course
