Mindful Leadership for Innovative Organisations
True sustainable transformation of an organizational culture starts with Mindful leadership: how can leaders inspire innovation, motivation, positive change, and unity in those they lead? For this, two ingredients are essential: Emotional intelligence and Mindfulness. This training offers pedagogical instruction in both and does so through practical exercises and solutions based on the four foundations of emotional intelligence and how they integrate into the “four I’s” of transformational-based Mindful leadership (influence, inspiration, intellect, individuation). Through this 2/3-day training participants experience first-hand the building blocks of emotional intelligence (day 1&2) in order to understand themselves so as to better lead themselves and others. Once they become self-aware of their own leadership traits and how they influence their leadership style, they can better understand how to manage and lead others in an emotionally intelligent way. From there they learn how to integrate this newfound emotional intelligence into a transformative leadership style (day 2/3); this will be practiced through both team building and bonding. In doing so, participants learn the essential qualities for optimal team management in order to create new working cultures of innovation and positive impact. Ultimately, this 2/3-day training journey goes from individual (self), to relational (other), to collective (team), to get the best results for the participant leaders.
