Rachel is a passionate communication educator specialising in Communication Skills. She focuses on teaching Presentation, Interpersonal Communication and Branded Customer Experiences.
Rachel helps people to be attuned to their TFA (Thinking, Feeling, Action) to enable them to be more effective communicators. They will become more authentic, adaptive and persuasive in dealing with people. As a result, they do better in Selling to Customers, Delivering Presentations and Handling Customers.
What makes Rachel unique is that she uses a proven process and system that allows the participants to apply the training in their real jobs. Participants will be able to apply the learning consistently in multiple scenarios of their job.
