Failure to comply with our standards may lead to decreased lead generation outcomes and ultimately, harm our reputation. We expect all parties to adhere to these standards to ensure the success of our services. Professionals Asia reserves the right to refuse any registration that does not meet the minimum ‘Professional Standards’, as follows:

Liability: Professionals Asia shall not be held liable for any delay, partial, or non-performance of services due to any event beyond our control, including any failure by the client(s) to comply with their obligations.

All information must meet the minimum standards outlined in the registration and program forms, including maintaining a professional tone and proper grammar and spelling.

Promotional materials - Materials provided to PAC that contain pictures, or logos shall be free of any third-party rights and have obtained the necessary permissions for use.

Professionalism: Users are expected to maintain a professional tone and demeanor in their profiles and program information. This includes avoiding the use of profanity, discriminatory language, or any other language that could be considered offensive or inappropriate.

We reserve the right to remove any profiles or program information that does not meet these standards or that we otherwise determine to be inappropriate or in violation of our policies.
