Introduction

The methodology of this course would rely on four main steps: Analysis of each participant at a macro level; Division of the participants into smaller groups to further investigate the key thoughts, observations, emotions, and actions of each participant at a micro-level; Presentation of the results by each group; Finally a brainstorm session on the major challenges and issues. The following would be conducted through a blend of lectures, group discussions, and interactive workshop activities. It is especially suitable for administrative executives and managers who would like to enhance their negotiation skills and improve the way they approach difficult conversations.
