Alice brings with her a wealth of experience gained over 28 years in the corporate world. A qualified accountant, she started out as an auditor before venturing into finance and corporate restructuring in her early career. For the last 15 years, she specialized in strategic planning, business negotiation, and feasibility studies, designed & developed business proposals & presentations, and driving business performances.What makes her stand out as a Trainer is that she is able to bring alive the sharing of her vast experience and skills through compelling and engaging storytelling, connecting knowledge and application in simple effective ways. Her experiences as an auditor and accountant provided a strong foundation for her many "1st" achievements, amongst which were 1st Private Fund Initiative (PFI) Contract for Government offices, 1st foreign branch campus, Heriot-Watt University in Putrajaya, 1st IBA tax incentive for non-operator-owner building and pioneering the Balanced ScoreCard and KPI framework.Being a resilient person opened up opportunities for her to work with Government Departments & Agencies, MNCs, PLCs, and GLCs, focusing on negotiation and business strategies plus designing & developing annual CEO Townhall deliveries.She was instrumental in the setting up of the financial accounting system for property development and leading the team in Sukuk Financing. She developed analytical & financial feasibility studies for PFI projects, real estate, and energy industries.Alice is a Certified Professional Trainer (IPMA, UK) and HRDF Trainer.
