Introduction

This program is a basic hands on class for participants who are interested to learn the art of creating classic western desserts and pastries. This 2 day class is designed for participants to be equipped with the skills to prepare, bake and assemble desserts and pastries guided by the Pastry Advisor of Taylor's Culinary Institute.

- Prepare cold cakes such as Bavarois and Mousse cakes
