Professionals Asia Consultancy (PAC) adheres to ethical standards in gathering, using, and safeguarding any information you provide. This privacy policy applies to our online activities and is valid for our users with regard to the information that they have shared with us. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and communication of Personal Information we receive from users.

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection & Use

In order to use this website, a user shall fill out an inquiry form and provide us with their contact information (such as name, position, company, and email address) for us to contact you.

Registration

This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. While using our Site, users shall provide us with identifiable information through the use of forms, which may include, but is not limited to your full name,  position, company information, email address, phone number, brief biodata, profile pictures, contents of the program(s), company logo’s, official pictures and any other information you may choose to provide.

Communications

We use the information we collect to communicate with you, provide updates on our website, personalize your listing, for marketing and promotional purposes, and develop new features, and functionality.

Use of Cookies

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing PAC, you agree to use cookies in this Privacy Policy. We use cookies for record-keeping purposes to make our site easier to use. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. 

Security

The personal data we collect about you is stored in limited-access servers behind a firewall. We will maintain safeguards to protect the security of these servers and your personal data.

Advertising through us

Advertisement opportunities are available on all main page carousels (slideshow) of PAC and users may subscribe to an advertisement package anytime. Client shall prepare the necessary promotional artwork (brochure/leaflet/) with minimum image size of 1400px (width) x 800px (height). 

Changes to this Privacy Policy

As PAC evolves, we may revise this Policy from time to time to cover new situations. Be sure to return to this page periodically to be current with the new version of this Privacy Notice. Your continued use of services provided by Professionals Asia after any such changes constitute your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

We advocate that users of Professionals Asia adhere to our 'Professional Standards'. As long as the information and services provided on the website are free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

Our Terms of Use policy is to clarify our liability for service performance, which include the authenticity of the information provided, our communication standards, the review process for user information, program details, image requirements, academic credit policy, promotional materials, and our account suspension policy.

We take pride in communicating effectively between Professionals Asia and the program owners. We prioritize prompt, precise, and detailed responses to all inquiries, as this demonstrates positive communication practices that help us align with your intake date and our audience targeting strategies. 

Failure to comply with our standards may lead to decreased lead generation outcomes and ultimately, harm our reputation. We expect all parties to adhere to these standards to ensure the success of our services. Professionals Asia reserves the right to refuse any registration that does not meet the minimum ‘Professional Standards’, as follows: 
  • Liability: Professionals Asia shall not be held liable for any delay, partial, or non-performance of services due to any event beyond our control, including any failure by the client(s) to comply with their obligations.
  • Information Review: Professionals Asia shall review all information provided by individuals and corporations and provide recommendations for enhancement if necessary. All information must meet the minimum standards outlined in the registration and program forms, including maintaining a professional tone and proper grammar and spelling.
  • Promotional materials - Materials provided to PAC that contain pictures, or logos shall be free of any third-party rights and have obtained the necessary permissions for use.
  • Professionalism: Users are expected to maintain a professional tone and demeanor in their profiles and program information. This includes avoiding the use of profanity, discriminatory language, or any other language that could be considered offensive or inappropriate.
  • Grammar: Users must use proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling when filling out their profiles and program information. This includes avoiding the use of excessive abbreviations or texting-style language. 
  • Accuracy: Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide in their profiles and program information is accurate and up-to-date. This includes providing thoughtful, truthful, and complete information about themselves and their programs.
  • Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when submitting their profiles and program information. This includes avoiding any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, or that is in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Account Suspension: Professionals Asia reserves the right to suspend or remove any account or subscription that has been suspended due to legal issues or violation of service terms.
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, users acknowledge that they have read and understood the standards outlined and the information provided in the 'Registration and Program form' that was submitted to us via email with a time stamp. We reserve the right to remove any profiles or program information that does not meet these standards or that we otherwise determine to be inappropriate or in violation of our policies.

Content Submission Guideline

Professionals Asia will prepare posters for each program designed around the concept of Professionals Asia's corporate color. Posters will display the program title, a catchphrase, and bullet points of program objectives or topics. The poster will display the subscribers' logo, program accreditation logo, and Professionals Asia's logo. Additional information such as intake date, registration link, and any other information will be drafted in the caption. The poster design, caption draft, and post date will be decided jointly between the subscriber and Professionals Asia's admin team. Promotional materials provided to PAC shall not contain any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading statements, and the said materials do not contain any content which breaches applicable law, public morals, or third-party rights.

General Terms & Conditions for Social Media Contests / Competitions / Prize Offers

Unless stated otherwise, these terms and conditions ("General Terms") apply to all social media contests conducted by Professionals Asia Consultancy (PAC) across its social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly known as Twitter), or any other digital platform) where entries are submitted by participants via their profiles or accounts on these social media channels. By participating in a Contest, participants agree to abide by these General Terms and any Specific Terms, including any amendments thereto.

Contest Duration

The start and closing dates, submission deadlines, and duration of each Contest will be one (1) month after the content publish date. PAC reserves the right to change any dates or deadlines of a Contest at its sole discretion.

Eligibility

Each Contest is open to Malaysian Citizens or registered Corporations who are Certified (TTT) or Qualified Subject Matter Experts or Trainers or Coaches, who own the flagship program content, have an active account on the relevant social media channel, and are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the start date of the Contest. Ineligible participants' entries will be disqualified.

Submission of Entries

Each participant may submit only one (1) entry for each Contest. All entries and any other materials submitted by participants will be done online (via email). PAC shall not be responsible for the use, disclosure, or loss of confidentiality of any participant's confidential information.

Judging Criteria

PAC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these General Terms or the Specific Terms, or is deemed incomplete, irrelevant, illegible, fraudulent, deceptive, offensive, plagiarized, infringing on third-party rights, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate. All decisions by PAC regarding each Contest are final.

Prizes

PAC will contact the winner(s) of each Contest via the email used for entry submission and provide instructions on prize collection. The winner's chosen public program for promotion must have an intake date later than 2 months from the program identification date. Failure to contact or respond within one (1) week will result in forfeiture of the prize. Prizes are non-transferable and subject to PAC's discretion and terms and conditions.

Personal Data

Participants consent to PAC collecting, using, and disclosing their personal data for specified purposes, including name, social media account handles, and profile pictures. PAC will not disclose participants' personal data to third parties without consent unless required by law. 

Acceptance, Permissions, and Intellectual Property Rights

By entering a Contest or submitting an entry, participants agree to these General Terms, confirm ownership of the social media account used, assert originality of their entry, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, grant PAC unrestricted rights to use their entry, and agree to provide accurate profile details and program information.

Liability and Indemnity

Participants agree not to hold PAC liable for any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the Contest.

Conclusion

Participants acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions upon participation in any PAC social media Contest.
