Dr. Rajbans qualified from the University of Mysore in 1984. He then served as a medical officer in various hospitals including general hospitals in Kuching, Klang and Seremban.

Chef Frédéric Cerchi, from a small village in France he has always been interested in the culinary career. He now carries with him more than 25 years of experience in the food industry, and has traveled around the globe to work with a few of the top chefs in Europe such as Michel Roux at Le Gavroche. He now works with a respect for the classic French techniques, but with a touch of Fusion/modern influence. He is currently residing in Malaysia and is the Director of the Taylor's Culinary Institute by Taylor's University.  

With over 30 years of experience in the Pastry Arts industry. Hailing from top hotels and Bakeries in Toronto, Canada such as Four Seasons, Chef Karam specializes in Viennoiserie and classical French Pastries that have won him several awards. He chose to proceed with his career in the academic field to share his knowledge with the younger generation where he is currently the Senior Lecturer and Pastry Advisor at Taylor's Culinary Institute.
