(Hons) in Nursing Practice Development (UK) and is a certified Basic Life Support Instructor from the American Heart Association(USA). Vivien is the principal consultant and founder of Hanniel Consulting in 2002. The company is a registered training provider with PSMB/HRDCorp, specialized in providing First Aid and Basic Life Support(CPR/AED) training and certification to laypersons and medical professionals in the country. With many years of clinical nursing and training background, Vivien is dedicated to ensuring a high-quality standard of training at all times to help participants retain the first aid skills and knowledge and be ready for effective use.
