| 4 | In-door Activity 2: Corporate Team Competition |
Shark Tank Challenge In this high-energy, creative sprint, teams will transform into startup companies pitching a groundbreaking product or service for the modern workplace. The challenge? Their "brand" must be inspired by the spirit of the destination—think innovation in leisure, sustainability, coastal tech, or team wellness. Teams will have a limited time to brainstorm, develop, and design their pitch, including a product name, logo, target market, and a unique selling proposition. The session culminates in each team presenting their idea to a panel of "sharks" (comprised of facilitators or company leaders) in a bid to secure fictional "investment." This activity forces rapid collaboration, creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking under pressure without talking. |
