Introduction

I hold Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from University Utara Malaysia (UUM). I am also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from General Electric Corporations (GE) with more than 20 years of industry experience.

I had served large organizations such as General Electric (GE), ExxonMobil Retail in Asia, CBRE & 7 Eleven Malaysia in Facilities Management roles. I specialized in Project Management, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Change Management, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Repair & Maintenance, EHS Train the Trainer, Lean Six Sigma Management & Customer Experience.

Some of my key achievements include “Designed & Implementing full force CMMS for Maintenance Division in 7 Eleven Malaysia” and various engineering improvement projects through 6 sigma approach which includes Improving Car Wash Uptime in Australia, Reduce Product Changeover time, Improve Production Right First Time Start Up, Reduction in Ergonomics Related Incidents and etc.

I was an active In house trainer during my tenure with ExxonMobil Retail. Some of the key training conducted includes Global Safety Passport, Operations of Critical Safety Devices, Harmonized Maintenance e-Manual, Hydrocarbon Control Practices (HCP), Fuel System Operations for Retails, Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for Facilities, Change Management Process and Complete Guide to Asset Management.

Lean Six Sigma Awareness (Six Sigma for Common People)

Lean Six Sigma is a methodology for organizational culture change. It is a process improvement approach for eliminating inefficiencies and improving work processes by identifying the defects & root causes. Lean Six Sigma is the smart combination of the Lean methodology focused on removing waste and optimizing flow, while the Six Sigma method seeks to identify and remove causing issues. It is a proven methodology that benefited many large corporations globally. Lean Six Sigma has also been successfully implemented beyond production in functions such as Human Resources, Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance.
