Introduction

Learn the traditional art of bread & pizza-making from UOW Malaysia’s Italian Major Chefs. The course includes group demonstrations plus one-on-one time with the chef to help you perfect your technique of this truly artisan style of pizza making.

You will practice making the dough, then hand- stretch it, top-it, cook-it as well as cheese making demonstrations to complement the art of making everything from scratch.
