PREREQUISITES
As a prerequisite to prepare these competitors, a short briefing is performed by the school facilitators. Topics discussed are safety and hygiene issues, flow of the competition and expected outcome of the whole competition.

Teams receive mystery ingredients; must brainstorm, plan, cook, and present a dish using them. Emphasis on creativity and resourcefulness. |
| 6 | Signature Dish Re-creation |
Chef provides a pre-set "signature" recipe. Teams try to replicate it, focusing on technique, flavor profile, and presentation. |
| 7 | Team Plating & Presentation Contest |
The final act: teams plate and present their dishes with garnish/styling, judged for appearance, taste, creativity. Could include a short “pitch” to explain the dish. |

Teams receive constructive feedback from the judging process and scoring system (taste, creativity, teamwork, presentation, and time management), highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. |

Chef and facilitators give feedback; participants share lessons learned. Cover what worked, what could be improved especially in teamwork & process. End - Eat the dishes together—sharing the fruits of the challenge. Builds camaraderie. |
